By registering an account and posting or commenting on this site, you agree to be part of the community. As a community member, there are certain expectations that need to be adhered to in order to keep the community's integrity strong.

Thus, as a community member you agree to the following:

• Be civil. You agree not to disparage anyone for any reason. You can disagree, but be respectful.
• No Spam. You agree not to spam other members of the community in any way. This includes forum posting, comments, personal messages, or through the contact form. Spam includes any message repeatedly sent that is off the topic of the site.
• Legitimate User Names and email addresses. Since spammers tend to use... weird user names, you agree to use a 'relatively' normal username and email address. (ie. tzzeegrrs isn't a normal username. It's too spammy.) This is done to help prevent spam attacks on the site only, and not meant to punish any legitimate users.
• You agree that you will not post any material which is knowingly false, inaccurate, abusive, hateful, harassing, sexually orientated, threatening or invasive of a person's privacy, or any other material which may violate any applicable laws.
• No adult material. Land of Midnight is for general audiences and adult material, in the form of avatars, pictures in posts or comments, or sites being listed, is not considered appropriate. This also goes to language. The Webmaster or Moderators may edit any post with profanity.
• You will keep a valid email address in your profile at all times.

Failure to comply with these simple guidelines may result in a tersely worded email, post or comment deletion, or banishment from the site for a period of time or indefinitely, including termination of the user's account.
